Our "Stage Plan" for ensuring a long Service Life for your Vehicles

Maintenance contracts make it possible for you to make long-term calculations of the budget for maintaining your vehicles and equipment right from day one. But planning security is not their only advantage: regular maintenance by the manufacturer increases the equipment’s availability and reduces the costs of operating it. Possible sources of problems are recognised in good time and corrected, and the vehicles are continuously kept in optimum condition.
This contributes not least to maintenance of value and increased service life – it can also contribute materially to an enhanced resale value.

We offer three different versions of contract, based on each other and which you can take up in accordance with your individual requirements.

Basic Maintenance Contract - Annual Inspection

In the BASIC contract, you have the benefit of an annual inspection of your vehicles and/or equipment, such as is prescribed by statute and standards in many countries. Here you profit from the expertise of the people who know you vehicles best: the manufacturer. Our own service engineers are exceptionally wellversed in the technology and are continuously kept up to date to the highest standards with further training as required. You need not worry about the dates for your annual checks either. These we carry out automatically after giving you adequate advance notice.

When a contract for an annual inspection is concluded, we also include 12 years’ guarantee against rusting through!

Classic Maintenance Contract - Regular Maintenance

The CLASSIC contract covers the completion of all BASIC services as well as additional servicing and adjustment work, oil change and the replacement of various parts subject to wear. In detail, the following aspects are included:

• complete gearbox and hydraulic oil change in the superstructure and change of filters including material, transport and fitting cost after five years’ service and in the tenth year of service
• replacement of the steel cables on the rear axle spring- lock including material, transport and fitting cost after five years’ service and in the tenth year of service
• hydraulic hose replacement throughout the superstructure including cleaning and venting and inspection for tightness and including material, transport and fitting cost in the tenth year of service

The visual inspection required annually as part of the anti-corrosion measures is carried out free of charge as part of this contract.

Safety Plus Maintenance Contract - Maintaining Value

On concluding a SAFETY PLUS contract, you will receive all the items covered in the CLASSIC contract, and the following additional services besides:

• sealing the control stick on the main control block
• removal and re-installation of the extension winch, renewal of the large shaft seals
• replacement or renewal of both hydraulic winch brakes
• renewal and adjustment of all extension and withdrawal cables in the ladder set
• replacement of all sliding and guiding parts in the ladder set
• cleaning and greasing the sliding and bearing surfaces in the ladder set
• renewal of 1 high-tension current cable and three remote-control cables and 8 cable pulleys in the ladder set
• replacement or renewal of both swivel cylinders in the rescue cage.

In addition your guarantee is extended for one year.

For you, this means your maintenance budget can be planned over a full ten-year period and can thus be calculated long-term without any risk.
